“I found Istay Hotel Monterrey Historico presents a solid value, particularly with its clean rooms and attentive staff. The location places it in a very active area of the city, and while some common areas show their age, the rooms themselves appear updated and comfortable. It's a practical choice where affordability meets accessibility.”
